Our sole focus is auto electrical maintenance for heavy-duty mining equipment. Our position in the market is different from non-specialist integrated service providers and labour hire firms as we have no other competing interests.
We are focused on providing a service over and above anyone else as a regular part of doing business. We’re able to do this due to our culture that prioritises a problem seeking, problem-solving mindset, a high level of precision in all the work we do, a strong work ethic and doing the right thing by our clients and by each other.
We develop an intimate knowledge of our clients’ business, their vehicles and mobile plant and their internal systems and processes. We maintain close, open and frank working relationships with our clients enabling us to be highly responsive to them and their circumstances.
As a result of mobilising auto electrical mining specialists to site over many years, we have developed very efficient systems and processes aligned to the needs of our clients, especially as it relates to working safely, responsibly and to the quality standards needed.

Who are we?
We are a mining services company operating through-out Western Australia providing the full suite of services for all your mobile plant under the one roof. Our services include auto electrical, air-conditioning, manufacturing of wiring looms & harnesses, mobile control systems and labour hire. We have been in operation since 2007.

What you can expect from us!
OUR sole focus is to ensure minimal downtime to your vehicles and mobile plant enabling you to maximise the longevity of those assets. We do this safely, to specification and to your timeframe.
The most valuable tool your on-site service personnel could want. Our wiring diagrams have coloured wires and wire names to make identification and diagrams easier to follow.
All our documentation is recorded and filed in our database, allowing for product support and ease of future orders. This can also allow for harness upgrades or re-design specific to the application.
Through experience, we have found correct wire identification reduces the downtime involved in electrical fault finding. Wiring in our harnesses is marked either by Hot Stamping, Inkjet Printing or Individual Cable Identification Tags as per the OEM or Allplant wiring diagrams.
Design and Manufacture
Harnessing is not all we design and manufacture, we also offer bespoke control systems and products. Consult with our in-house design staff on your next electrical project.
Higher skill level
We give all our people on the job experience, rotating them through different sites and machinery. They have a significant advantage in understanding system design, are much better at on-the-spot problem solving and their increased hand skills allow them to do the work to a higher standard and in a much shorter timeframe.
Incorrectly fitted parts will not perform as intended and lead to a shortened life span. We typically supply labour with all parts supplied as we have found that a correctly fitted part will ensure maximum longevity.
Our database has over 6000 documented parts accrued over time from all the machines we have worked on. In many cases this is more in-depth than our clients, making it a much more efficient route to come to us rather than source parts themselves.
We have a dedicated team who source components and parts from all over the world from trusted suppliers and we have very efficient processes to provide what our clients need when they need it. We ensure we have stock available for those items we know need replacing on a regular basis.
We have our own fulltime courier service and our turnaround time is a lot quicker than going through a standard parts supplier.
We invest in R&D and are always looking for new suppliers, new products, product improvements, innovations, anything that can help us improve what we do and the service we provide to our clients.
Dedicated Technical Support
We have a dedicated team at our head office in Kewdale who have a wealth of expertise and draw from an extensive database of all the machines we have worked on since 2007. This includes wiring harnesses and hard drives of machine-specific information.
If our people do encounter a technical problem, we can talk them through what needs to be done, step by step. This is invaluable support as it gives our people the confidence they need to solve problems there and then. This leads to more accurate solutions, much quicker resolution and less downtime.
